Miraluka

The Miraluka were a Near-Human species that differed from Humans in that they lacked eyes, only retaining vestigial eye sockets, and perceived the environment around them through Force sight instead of regular vision. This vision was so strong that if a Miraluka looked upon a Jedi or Sith, they could "see" Force radiating off them. The strength of a Miraluka's connection to the Force varied by individual.

Regarding Sight:

Funny thing that, when you consider everyone (or the vast majority of the civilized parts of the universe) seem to be using e-readers and such, meaning pen and paper are rarely shown to be used. I believe, but don't pin me on it, that the Miraluka "see" things the way the force sees them. It sees what is truly there, not what light tells our human eyes that is there. Pigmentation and other colour divining molecules are real, so I would say they could see everything perfectly, no matter the light conditions, but from a third person vision, rather then first person. It's as if they are looking over their own shoulder, aswell as over the shoulders of those living beings surrounding them. Also, while objects such as droids can not touch or power the force, they can be percieved by it. Beautifull examples for this are Yoda lifting a spacefighter from the swamp and jedi reaching out to the force to fly their fighters into battle.
